Through this partnership, ET TRAD UK LIMITED expands its ability to deliver integrated, high-value advisory services by leveraging a multidisciplinary network of experienced professionals supporting corporate finance, M&A, audit, due diligence, compliance, tax planning, business restructuring, internationalization, project finance, real estate, ESG, governance, and wealth protection.

The partnership is led by Dr. Giovanni Lancini, Chairman of Interimpresa S.p.A., CEO of Studio Lancini & Partners, CEO of Advanced Capital, CFO of Clio America Fund, and former CEO of the BlackRock Europe Fund. With more than three decades of experience in corporate finance, investment management, and strategic advisory, Dr. Lancini brings extensive expertise in supporting complex cross-border transactions and corporate growth initiatives.
