CEO
Emanuel Tua
Emanuel Tua studied Structural Architecture at Politecnico di Torino and began his career in 2001 with Banca Mediolanum as a financial and insurance broker. He later joined Systema Mutui S.p.A. (Meliorbanca Group) as a specialist in mortgage lending and was registered with the Bank of Italy as a Financial Activities Agent and Loan Agent.
He subsequently co-founded Carila S.r.l., contributing to the introduction of the Anglo-Saxon mortgage brokerage model into the Italian market. Beginning in 2007, he expanded his advisory work internationally, focusing on food & beverage and commodity markets.
In 2012, he joined GEXC Group (Global Energy and Commodities Exchange Group) following recruitment by Michael Page, engaging in strategic projects alongside senior professionals from McKinsey & Company and other international networks.
Emanuel has served as Board Member of the APCA Foundation since 2021. In 2025, he founded and became President of FTM Land Srl, an innovative theme park venture integrating cultural, strategic development, and immersive experiences.

CFO
Vincenzo Moccia
Vincenzo holds a degree in Economics and began his career in 1982 as a Financial Analyst with Kinetics Technology International S.p.A. In 1985, he joined Engelhard S.p.A., where he was responsible for treasury operations. In 1987, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Mercedes-Benz Finanziaria, a role he held until 1991.
From 1991 to 1996, he held several management positions at American Express, before joining Bulgari S.p.A. in 1996. At Bulgari, he served as Strategic Business Planning Director, Senior Director of Supply Chain, and General Manager. In 2001, he was appointed Italy District Manager at Gucci S.p.A., later serving as General Manager of Dior Italia.
In 2005, Vincenzo entered the luxury yachting industry as Sales, Marketing & Communications Director for the Baglietto Group. In 2007, he joined Azimut Benetti Group in the same capacity and in late 2009 became CEO of Leopard Yachts.
In 2012, he founded MV Yachting Srl, later establishing MVY Ltd in 2016 as Director. He subsequently served as CEO of IGEA Pharma.
In 2025, Vincenzo became CEO of FTM Land Srl, an innovative next-generation theme park venture focused on immersive experiential development and international entertainment strategy.

Paolo Rubino
Paolo Rubino began his career at the University of Florence as an Assistant Professor of International Law. In 1987, he joined Alitalia, where he was appointed Director of Marketing in 1991. From 1995 to 1998, he led the startup and launch of Air One as part of its executive team.
Returning to Alitalia in 1999, Paolo was appointed Managing Director for North America, based in New York, and subsequently served as Managing Director of the Passenger Division from 2001 to 2004.
In 2005, he founded Aerbiz, which later merged into D&R Advisors in 2010. Since 2011, he has served as Board Director and CEO of Victoria Time, an energy company headquartered in Oklahoma, USA. He is also Board Director and CEO of BD Holding, active in the tourism and hospitality sector.
Paolo currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer of FTM Land Srl, contributing his extensive leadership and global industry experience to the company's strategic development and growth.

Paolo Giordani
Paolo Giordani has built a distinguished career in international law, developing a reputation as a strategic advisor to global financial institutions and multinational corporations. After gaining experience across multiple legal and diplomatic environments, he founded L4L Law Firm in London, which has since expanded to Zurich, Madrid, Rome, and Hong Kong. Under his leadership, the firm has become recognized for its expertise in international corporate law and financial engineering, serving banks, investment funds, private equity groups, and leading global enterprises.
His professional journey includes significant collaborations with high-profile organizations. From 2005 to 2008, he worked with the ITALCANTIERI S.p.A. Group. In 2009, he joined the international law firm established by Charles John Whittier, a specialist in global commodity contract advisory. Two years later, Paolo founded L4L Legal Advice (CMM Plc) in London, further expanding his footprint in cross-border legal services.
His career also extends into the diplomatic sphere. From 2012 to 2014, he served as a member of the European Diplomatique Conseil (EUCD) Delegation for Europe, based in Ljubljana, where he acted as Counsellor to the President in matters related to internal affairs. In 2015, he joined the International Diplomatic Institute (IDI) and, since 2018, has been serving as its President. Under his leadership, the Institute has strengthened its institutional credibility, securing accreditation with the European Union and registration in the EU Transparency Register (ID No. 61495588102-87), as well as accreditation with the European Parliament (ID No. Istit748596172).
Throughout his career, Paolo has actively pursued professional excellence, earning multiple international qualifications. He is registered as a lawyer in the Canton of Zurich, authorized by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in the United Kingdom (SRA No. 628518), and a member of the Madrid Bar Association. He is also a certified LAPET tax expert under Italian law (Law 4/2013).

Gabriele Petrone
Gabriele Petrone is a senior security and operations specialist with more than 43 years of experience in elite protection, intelligence support, and logistics. With a former military background, he has operated at the highest levels of government, presidential, and royal security, including assignments in collaboration with U.S. Department of Defense–related operations.
Throughout his career, Gabriele has protected and advised prominent multinational corporations and high-profile individuals across five continents. As Director of Operations, he has coordinated and supervised special operations and major security programs for national forces, including anti-terrorism missions. He has served as a hostage negotiator in hostile environments and has developed and managed advanced security frameworks, disaster-recovery and evacuation protocols, as well as threat-assessment and crisis-management systems at both corporate and governmental levels.
In addition to institutional and corporate work, he has provided operational support to Roman Catholic missionary organizations, contributing to humanitarian protection, child-assistance programs, education initiatives, and wildlife conservation programs.
Gabriele has spent much of his life between Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, with operational headquarters in Africa and the United Kingdom. Davide Rizzo
Davide Rizzo is an international executive with extensive experience in renewable energy development, global procurement, and commodities supply chains. An Italian citizen, he has built a career spanning Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, establishing a reputation for delivering complex strategic projects and pioneering sustainable solutions.
Davide played a key role in the early development of Italy’s solar energy sector, contributing to some of the country’s first photovoltaic installations. He later spent two decades in China, working closely with leading global manufacturers of solar panels and inverters, where he developed deep technical and commercial expertise in renewable-energy technology and industrial supply chains.
His international portfolio includes successful large-scale commodity and food-commodity operations across Africa, with notable achievements in Rwanda, Uganda, Nigeria, and Cameroon. One emblematic transaction involved structuring a barter agreement between Nigerian and Indian partners to exchange teak wood for rice — the first of its kind in the region and an example of Davide’s innovative and cross-cultural negotiation abilities.
Currently based in Muscat, Oman, Davide is advancing his most ambitious initiative: OASIS, a fully autonomous green-city factory in the desert. The project leverages hydroponic and aquaponic systems to sustainably produce fruit, vegetables, and fish in an off-grid environment, showcasing his commitment to food security and environmental innovation.
He is also leading the establishment of an Italian industrial furniture hub in Oman, coordinating a consortium of Italian manufacturers to create a Designed in Italy – Made in Oman production facility serving Gulf and Middle-Eastern markets. The hub is conceived to operate sustainably and independently from the grid.
Davide combines technical expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and international operational experience, making him a key driver in future-oriented sustainability projects and strategic industrial initiatives.

Count Leonardo Clerici
Leonardo Clerici is a philologist and theologian of poetics whose work spans the artistic and intellectual traditions of Italian, Roman, Etruscan, Islamic, Chinese, Russian, African, and Siberian civilizations. He is the President and Director of the SKRIPTURA Foundation (est. 1983), with centres in Brussels, Venice, Marrakesh, and Istanbul. He is also the founder of the Ca’ Skriptura Artes Liberales gallery in Venice.
A publisher, curator, and cultural theorist, Clerici has organized major philological and artistic exhibitions devoted to reinterpreting and renewing the study of F.T. Marinetti, surrealism, Islamic art, and Platonic theology. His most emblematic exhibitions include:

A member of AIB Bibliophiles (Paris), he is a collector of graphic works, sculpture, Islamic and Orientalist art, and works related to Italian Platonism, Futurism, and Surrealism. Clerici has published previously unseen correspondence by Henri Michaux (Fayard, 1999) and Paul Valéry (1999).

Shomba Diowo Jeef
Jeef is a Belgian professional with over twenty years of experience in international trade, business management, and education. He has built his career through a combination of leadership roles in private companies and long-term commitment to teaching management and economics.
As Managing Director of International Management Group in Brussels, he oversees strategic development, international partnerships, and financial and human resources operations. He also manages Reeleda SPRL, an import–export company, where he is responsible for commercial strategy, international negotiations, and operational logistics.
In parallel, Shomba has served since 2000 as a management and economics teacher in secondary education, contributing to academic excellence and student development. His teaching approach focuses on practical knowledge, personal growth, and innovative learning methods.
Jeef holds academic qualifications in educational sciences, international trade management, taxation, and finance. Fluent in French and proficient in English and Dutch, with native command of Lingala, he brings strong intercultural communication skills and a global perspective.
Recognized for his professionalism, organizational strength, and leadership, Shomba combines strategic vision with hands-on experience, fostering sustainable growth, knowledge development, and international cooperation.

Marco Fortunato
Marco was born in 1971 and holds a diploma in Accounting from Milan. He has over thirty years of experience in administrative, accounting, and managerial roles. Since 2005, he has served as Head of the Commercial and Administrative Department at the Ajello Sormani Notarial Firm in Milan, where he coordinates teams and processes, manages banking relationships and financial statement analysis, and supports the management team in human resources activities.
Earlier in his career, he gained experience in general accounting, financial statement preparation, credit recovery, and legal administrative procedures.
