Brussels International Coffee Exhibition

On 27 June 2026, ET TRAD UK LIMITED, represented by Mr. Jeef Shomba Diowo, General Manager for the Democratic Republic of the Congo & Regional Strategic Representative for Africa, held an official meeting with the delegation of the Democratic Republic of the Congo during the Brussels International Coffee Exhibition.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss potential long-term commercial cooperation between ET TRAD UK LIMITED and Congolese institutions and producers regarding the export of agricultural commodities to international markets.
Delegation Members
The Congolese delegation included representatives from both governmental institutions and the private sector, namely:
The Managing Director of SOPAGRI Congo, accompanied by his management team;
The Director of ONAPAC Ituri;
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Trade;
The Representative and Chief of Staff to the Minister of Trade, responsible for Economic Affairs.

The meeting focused on the commercial export opportunities for the following commodities:
1. Robusta Coffee

Current availability is limited due to exceptionally strong international demand and high market prices.
2. Arabica Coffee

Kivu 4 (First Grade)
Kivu 5 (Second Grade)

Export availability ranging from 5 to 20 containers, depending on buyers' requirements and production schedules.
3. Cocoa Beans
The delegation confirmed the immediate availability of cocoa for export under the same commercial framework applied to coffee.
